PORTLAND, Maine (10/05/2022). Tilson, a national network development and information infrastructure professional services firm, today announced that LaTavia Bowens has joined Tilson’s leadership team as Senior Vice President of Business Operations. As Senior Vice President, Bowens will lead Tilson’s customer operations and closeouts team, provide leadership and management for national program accounts supporting Tilson’s growing fiber and wireless divisions with an expanding client base.

Bowens brings over a decade of experience in the telecommunications industry, managing hundreds of million-dollar programs with a diverse range of clients. She most recently served as the Vice President of Customer Operations at Nexius, a national deployment services company. Her arrival at Tilson could not have come at a better time, as the company marks its 12th consecutive year on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest growing private companies.
Currently, Tilson is hiring over 30 new team members on average each week and has over 190 open positions, with fully remote opportunities as well as opportunities in Arizona, Connecticut, Idaho, New Hampshire, Texas, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
